Zaveri’s Return Shipping

We at Zaveri offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 7-day money back policy. If you prefer just call our customer support @ +91 90084 23121 and we will send a courier over to pick it up from you across India, shipping charges applicable for international returns.

Zaveri offers you 7-day No Questions asked Money Back Policy gives you time to decide .If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a 100% full refund or exchange.

Lifetime Exchange

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases* at Zaveri within India. The product and the original product certificate needs to be returned for Exchange or Buy-Back and this will be done at current market value, with deductions in making charges if returned after 7-Day’s.

The current value means your product's current value of metal, diamonds and coloured stones, this will be determined based on product specifications. If any discount or free gift was given while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.

We Buy-Back for life-time, in India.

Any product returned after 7 days or more, we will refund 90% of the total amount, with 100% deductions towards making charges and discounts. Refunds will be made via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.

Jewellery showing signs of any alteration or tampering by anyone other than Zaveri will not be accepted for return. Our quality inspection will be final and we reserve the right to change the Buy-Back amount of the product if tampered or altered.
